Isabelle Vanhoof

Chief Communication Officer

Isabelle holds a Bachelor of Communication Sciences and a Master in Corporate Communication from the K.U. Leuven in Belgium. She has experience in Communication Management and areas of expertise include internal and external corporate communication development and public speaking. In her role as Communication Manager she has designed and performed presentations for external stakeholders including governmental organizations. In the same role, she has created and managed technology platform trainings for employees.

Micha Bouts

Chief Technology Officer

Micha Bouts has 25 years of international experience in R&D projects and holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the K.U. Leuven, Belgium and a Master in Business Administration from the Vlerick Business School, Leuven, Belgium. He enjoys a special interest in Project Management and Business Process Management. Another area of expertise is Data Science management consulting and data science projects as he is Managing Director of Oehoe Data Science BV in Hasselt, Belgium and Oehoe Data Science Portugal, Porto, Portugal. Within this role he conducted and guided various projects in the development of medical devices for physiotherapy and digitalization of food safety and population health end-to-end solutions.

Dr. Zuberi Muvunyi

Chief Operations Officer & Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Zuberi has an extensive knowledge and experience of the Rwanda Health System. As the former Director General of Clinical and Public Health Services of the Rwandan Ministry of Health he coordinated efforts to ensuring health quality care service delivery in Rwanda. With Ministry of Health e-health team established consistent use of OpenMRS across the Rwanda Health System. He promotes health care services for quality improvement using accreditation as a mechanism for raising the standards for health services provided in Rwandan health facilities.

Youssef Travaly

Chief Executive Officer

Youssef is a senior executive with 20+ years of experience working in technology Innovation and policy in the USA, in Europe and in Africa with universities, scientific and policy research institutions, private sector and regional organizations, national and international NGO’s, both at a strategic and operational level, in science, innovation, and the design of public policies. He is also founder of the Think Tank AllSights Africa and a Senior Fellow and Digital Group Leader with the Africa Europe Foundation and Friends of Europe in Belgium.
